Pros: Excellent! Staff is lovely, front desk lady is friendly and helpful at all times - really made our stay much more pleasant!

Pros: The service of staff. One of our rooms had no hot water we were immediately relocated

Cons: The water in shower was either hot or cold. Had difficulty getting the right temperature.

Pros: New building, spacious rooms with great bathroom, comfortable beds and good for a short stay on business.

Cons: nowhere nearby to eat, vending machine on 4th floor only takes cash and its a bit of a walk into town.

Best room, friendly service and wonderful nights rest.

Cons: No complaints at all. I was happy with everything. I was allocated a room at the front , Room 306, which faced on to the main road. This was a very nice room, spacious with good views but noisy. I requested a room change which they fulfilled without delay. The room I was allocated at the back was quiet.

Pros: The hotel was amazing very clean and quiet…..the lady at the front desk was beyond friendly and accommodating will definitely be staying here again

Pros: modern place, room size, Complimentary toiletries better than in many 5 star hotels ... free netflix

Cons: there is a short walk to the center ... windows are thin .. and it's an inn - so no breakfast or other food, drinks, but supermarket is nearby

Pros: La stanza è ampia. Dotata di aria condizionata e ampio bagno privato. Provvisto pure di guardaroba e anche un divano all’interno della camera, tv e scrivania. Ideale per una notte se ci si ferma a Road Town. Consigliato. Mi sono trovato bene e a me è piaciuto. Unica nota: è leggermente fuori dal centro città, ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 10-15 minuti a piedi.
