It is certainly one of the best private accommodations in the BVI in terms of quality of furnishings

Pros: Location with fabulous views and new accommodation, elegantly and quality furnished. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very spacious and modern. Very nice, new and bright shower and toilet. The owners live upstairs and are very available for any needs. Lots of privacy! Suitable for up to 4 people.

Cons: Only the last stretch of the road is very bad, steep, and unpaved. A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required. I was undecided whether to give it the highest rating or a little lower because of the road, but since the building is new and still under expansion, I want to give it the highest rating, hoping that the road will be improved soon. It's right to give it confidence.

Pros: The accommodation was great. Perfect for our stay. Also the hosts provided outdoor furniture upon request.

Cons: As mentioned in the property description a 4 X 4 is essential.

Pros: This place was exceptional!! The hosts were exceptional!! The house was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. The hosts were very helpful, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful place to stay. Definitely rated a 10 in my book! We had an amazing stay at this lovely home. I would stay over and over again. 💜

Pros: We loved everything about our stay! The apartment is brand new, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. Everything was new, modern, and extremely clean, which made us feel instantly comfortable. The communication was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful view overlooking Road Town—it was truly stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The location was also a big plus, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, this apartment truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Pros: I have traveled a lot and had many hosts and this host is by far the best host my family and I have ever experienced. First off, the apartment was beautiful and we appreciated all the amenities provided. Although the terrain is tough to get through, it was definitely worth it. The host was extremely attentive and helpful and such a kind person! My family and I had so many questions and things happen during the trip and the host was SO helpful and on top of things and went above and beyond for my family during our stay, so much so I couldn’t wait to come home and give a stellar review. Her husband also does boat charter for a discounted rate and it was extremely fun! I would recommended this stay to everyone !
